Jawbone has developed what will likely be the next wave of health and fitness tracking apps. Instead of tracking how far you run or how many reps you pump out at the gym, it tracks your caffeine intake from food, coffee and energy drinks. It can tell you when you should stop drinking caffeine if you’re trying to get to bed at a decent hour. While I don’t see myself using this too often, it’s a sign of how we will track our daily healthy lives in the future.
